Hi, I’m Amanda! I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer.

I’ve been qualified for 8 years and have worked in a wide range of gyms teaching classes and personal training. I love helping people to achieve their goals and feel better about themselves. For me, it’s super important to help people enjoy working out.

I specialise in pre and post natal fitness and my goal is to help mums by making exercise accessible for them.

I hope to get to work with you on your journey to improve your fitness.
