About Amanda Hillis Fitness

Hi, I’m Amanda! I am a Level 3 personal trainer and fitness instructor helping mums on their journey with pregnancy fitness, postnatal fitness and support women to feel like
their best self, whatever part of their journey they’re at. As a mum of a 4 year old, i’ve witness first hand how difficult it can be to take care of yourself when the days get so busy, my classes are inclusive to all, allowing parents to bring their children to get involved.

I’ve been qualified for 5 years and have worked in a wide range of gyms teaching classes and personal training. I love helping people to achieve their goals and feel better about themselves. For me, it’s super important to help people enjoy working out.
